User Agreement

The terms for enjoying Orbilo thoughtfully, keeping your creations personal, and understanding your rights.

Effective October 23, 2026 · Orbilo · 18+

A creative space to explore flavor, with clear expectations and your legal rights respected.

01. Eligibility and acceptance

These terms govern your use of Orbilo and this website. Orbilo is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Apple’s applicable terms and the Standard End User License Agreement govern the license for the iOS app. These terms describe Orbilo’s service and use expectations; they do not replace any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

02. The Orbilo experience

Orbilo is a creative tool for exploring flavors, adjusting ingredient quantities, saving creations and versions, reading ingredient content, and creating shareable posters. Its visual water and color effects are artistic representations.

Flavor classifications and displayed proportions describe the ingredients you selected. They are not laboratory measurements, nutrition analysis, alcohol-content calculations, medical advice, or a guarantee of a physical result.

03. Responsible use

Use Orbilo lawfully and thoughtfully. Do not use it to encourage unsafe consumption, harass other people, infringe intellectual property, or distribute unlawful content. Do not attempt to interfere with the app or bypass protections.

Where your real-world activity involves alcohol, comply with local laws and the legal drinking age in your location, which may be higher than 18. Do not drink and drive. You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergies, quantities, and whether a real-world preparation is suitable for you.

04. Your creations and sharing

You retain rights you hold in your original names, notes, and creations. Saving a creation locally does not transfer ownership of that work to Orbilo. Only include material you have the right to use.

You decide whether to export a poster or share it with another service. You are responsible for your selected recipients and for checking what the poster contains. Once content leaves your device through a destination you choose, that destination’s rules apply.

05. App materials and license

The Orbilo name, app interface, original artwork, and other app materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your use of the app does not grant ownership of those materials.

You may use the app’s normal poster export and sharing features for your own creations. Any broader permission must come from the relevant rights holder. Your license to the app remains subject to Apple’s applicable Standard EULA and any relevant third-party notices supplied with the app.

06. Local data and availability

Saved work and identity records are held locally as described in the Privacy Policy. Orbilo does not provide a server copy of your collection. Protect your device and keep any copies of your work that you need.

Reset Data clears the app’s local records and identity. Updates, changes in iOS, device loss, or storage changes can affect availability. We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the experience. We do not promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

07. Warranties and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Orbilo and this website are provided as available, without a promise that they will meet every personal requirement. The warranty and liability provisions applicable to the app’s license are set out in Apple’s Standard EULA.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where mandatory local protections apply, those protections take precedence over an inconsistent provision.

08. Changes and ending use

We may update these terms as the experience develops. The effective date above identifies this version. If you no longer agree to the terms, stop using the app. You may clear local app data using Reset Data before removing the app from your device.

These terms do not create a promise of continued availability. Apple’s license terms govern termination of the app license where applicable.
